The Bone-In Kona Crusted Dry Aged Sirloin @ The Capital Grille …
The Kona Sirloin at THE CAPITAL GRILLE is a great steak!  I indulged during a recent trip to Washington DC in this hearty meat dish and tore up their signature calamari with hot cherry peppers!

A Whitney Houston favorite, Capital Grille is a steakhouse chain with locatations throughout the country!  Known for hosting local businessmen, upscale families, and friends during special occasions, Capital Grille is an ideal and easy for dry-aged steaks, seafood, pastas and bank load of delectable American fare.

The bone-in Kona crusted sirloin is a succulent and flavorful steak that will easily rival any steak from The Palm or Ruth’s Chris.  Capital Grille can be pricey, but is well worth the fantastic meal and experience.
