HEY CUTIE: Mandarins from California

Cuties

Over the weekend in LA while visiting my friend Tina Lee, I discovered something amazing – CUTIES!  I had never seen or heard of these small mandarin oranges from California, but since I got back to New York yesterday, while watching the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills last night, I saw two commercials featuring children reaching for, peeling and eating the sweet and delicious oranges!

I had planned to post about these, hence my own personal pictures, but when I saw another commercial this morning during the Today show, I rushed to my computer to quickly let you guys in on these fun and easy oranges!

They are juicy, they are small, they are easy to peel and best of all SEEDLESS!  No wonder the advertising caters to kids!

Cuties are seedless, easy to peel and juicy!

You know I love my fruit first thing in the morning and, like bananas, Cuties make for an easy way to meet your 5 or more portion of fruits and veggies.  So, if you love a good orange, but hate the sticky peeling and the abundant seeds, get some Cuties, you too will be in LOVE! :)
