BBQ Ribs & Collard Greens at Sylvia’s
By now I should own stock in Sylvia’s! I feel like I’m there so much! Stopped in last night for a quick bite at the bar to see Miss Judy and ran into the fabulous journalist Flo Anthony… I started with catfish fingers but finished with ribs, greens and mashed potatoes! DELICIOUS!
There’s something about the sauce on Sylvia’s ribs that makes them extra sweet, but not too sweet. Last night’s portion were laced with pepper that gave them the best jerk! Anyway, you know I love Sylvia’s for the hospitality, comfort food, and relaxed environment, plus, I live so close!
FYI, I heard Chad Ocho Cinco was in on Monday night and paid for dinner for the first 200 patrons who came in after him! How nice.
